Please report all absentees to the office no later than 10am on
the day your child is out of school. Call (815) 886-5953 and
press "6" to leave a message or dial extension 420 to reach
the school office. Please include your child's name, grade, teacher's
name and the nature of the absence. If your child is absent
for 3 days or longer, it is necessary to submit a doctor's note
allowing the child to return to school.
